PowerShellでExcelなどのマクロを操作するのは実はPowerShell単体では出来ません。COMオブジェクトという技術でOfficeのVBAのオブジェクトを呼び出してコード内に実装します。 つまりExcell等のVBA搭載のアプリケーションがなければVBAはPowerShellでは使えません。
